At Cedarvale Pilates, we will work on strengthening and sculpting your body, opening up areas that are locked or tight, and balancing your body to improve alignment and posture. Each session will be structured and tailored to your specific needs. Once your body feels aligned, it functions more efficiently unlocking new strength that will help you move with power and ease, and aesthetic improvements will quickly follow. Your workout will leave you feeling great and while there will be some sore muscles along the way, you will also feel stronger, taller and more confident in your day to day movements.

Using a variety of pilates apparatus and props to look and feel good
☆ ATHLETIC PILATES
A low impact workout focused on working muscles to fatigue on the pilates apparatus and TRX
☆ WEIGHT TRAINING
Progressive overload weight training using pilates control and myofascial lines to develop functional strength
